Meet the Team
More than 80% of the Axum team is native to Africa and the Middle East. Our approach is anchored on our local knowledge, local networks and influence, as well as local capacity. We offer blended capabilities in strategy, program design, implementation, and innovative financing. This allows us to scale our initiative-building capabilities while retaining our local DNA built on a deep understanding of the development challenges within the communities we live in and serve.
