Victor Kogo
Victor Kogo is a Senior Consultant at Axum, based in Nairobi. He brings a wealth of experience across a range of fields in international development, including agriculture, digital transformation, education to employment (e2e), inclusive business, impact investing, strategy, gender and vision setting, organizational change/effectiveness, and climate financing. Victor has advised the Kenyan President’s Office, Governmental Ministries & Parastatals, Multi-laterals, International Non-Governmental Organizations, and leading private sector players. Before joining Axum, Victor was a Senior Consultant at Dalberg Advisors where he served in a similar capacity. He also worked with the Connecticut Community Reconstruction Project (ConnCORP) where he helped develop and deploy a business plan for an accelerator and an impact investment fund. Victor also worked with the Yale Graduate School of Arts and Sciences (GSAS) where he analyzed the efficacy of GSAS’ post-graduate programs’ performance metrics. Results from his research informed GSAS’ admission decisions and specific program funding.Victor holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Political Science and Government with a concentration in Economics from Yale University. At Yale, he was a Tsai Center for Innovation Social Innovation Fellow and an Undergraduate Research Fellow.
