Faith Minja

Faith Minja is a Strategy Consultant at Axum, based in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. Prior to Axum, Faith worked in Dalberg’s advisory business, gaining experience in several public sectors, including Education, Agriculture, and Tourism. On one of her longer-term engagements at Dalberg, Faith played a key role in a project that sought to understand the challenges facing TVET education provision in Tanzania. This work identified and designed a potential intervention program that the client, Caterpillar Foundation, can implement to alleviate the priority challenges discovered.

Prior to joining Dalberg, Faith worked as a strategic growth advisor in Johannesburg, South Africa. Predominantly working in the private sector, she garnered experience in Financial Services, Hospitality, Retail, Logistics, Business Process Outsourcing and more. Faith holds an honors degree in Accounting from the University of the Witwatersrand, Johannesburg and she is a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
