
PROJECT MANAGER
Jamila Raji
Jamila is a Project Manager based in Axum’s Lagos office. She has advised public, private, and multilateral organizations on market entry, strategic planning, operational efficiency, monitoring and evaluation, and investment and due diligence. Jamila has experience across a wide range of practice areas within Sub-Saharan Africa, including health, agriculture, financial inclusion, technology, gender, SME development, and youth unemployment. Before joining Axum, Jamila was a Project Manager at Dalberg. She has collaborated with global organizations in delivering impact in Africa, including the World Bank, USAID, MasterCard Foundation, and the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation. She has also worked with governments to develop national strategies, such as a national pneumonia integrated strategy control and implementation plan for the Nigerian Federal Ministry of Health and a national vaccine innovation strategy. Jamila holds a Masters in Management from University College London where she achieved a distinction, and a first-class Bachelor of Science (BSc) from the University of Essex in Management and Marketing.
