Robin Miller

Robin Miller is a Co-Founder and Partner at Axum based between Johannesburg and Nairobi. She has nearly two decades of experience in Africa, advising and building businesses that recognize emerging technologies as both a driver of innovation and an enabling infrastructure that fosters inclusive growth and prosperity. Her work includes advising national governments, co-designing new initiatives with African and global tech innovators, incubating digital and data solutions, and supporting investors, multi-laterals, and foundations on capital deployment. Before joining Axum, Robin was a founding member and Regional Director at Dalberg Africa, where she co-founded the firm’s Global Digital & Data Practice. Prior to that, she co-founded Praekelt.org (now Reach Digital Health), a tech-enabled enterprise focused on expanding access to healthcare and promoting socioeconomic growth.

Robin is an African Leadership Institute (AFLI) Archbishop Desmond Tutu Fellow, has served on the World Economic Forum (WEF) Global Future Council for the New Agenda for Work, Wages, and Job Creation, and as a Senior Fellow at the Yale Jackson School of Global Affairs. She also serves on the Board of Dalberg Research. Robin holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Business Management with Honors from Boston College.
