Irene Kinyanguli

Irene Kinyanguli is a Senior Consultant at Axum based in Tanzania. She works with private, NGO, and public partners in the agriculture sector to develop impactful strategies and initiatives. Prior to Axum, Irene spent 4 years at Dalberg Tanzania as a Consultant, spearheading strategy projects in climate change and agriculture. Notable engagements include circular economy market assessments, such as the 5 Big Bets for the Circular Economy in Africa, Increasing Circularity in Africa’s Plastic Sector, and Increasing Circularity in Africa’s Mining Sector. She also worked on developing the Fertilizer Partnership Strategy and Food System Strategies for African countries. Irene holds an M.A. in Global Affairs and Management from Thunderbird School of Global Management, complemented by a BSc. in Public Policy from Arizona State University.
