Miriam Odonkor
Miriam Odonkor is a Senior Consultant at Axum. She has unique sector experience in education, entrepreneurship, global health, and agriculture, where she has worked with the private sector, NGOs, research institutions, and intergovernmental organizations to develop, implement and evaluate strategies, policies and programs. She also supports Axum’s Elimu-Soko Initiative, which seeks to bridge the gap between available innovations in public education systems and the government’s need to find these solutions.
Prior to Axum, Miriam worked for at Dalberg for 2 years, where she supported various organizations including AfDB, WHO, UNICEF, BMGF and AGRA, in addressing issues related to climate finance in Africa, organizational effectiveness, monitoring and evaluation, data innovations for health globally, entrepreneurship and innovation in Africa and food systems on the continent. Miriam holds a master’s in international development from Sciences Po (Paris, France) and a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Ashesi University in Ghana.
