Musonda Chama

Musonda is a Project Officer at Axum, based in Zambia. She has worked with clients across sub-Saharan Africa implementing agriculture, climate change, and education projects. She supports the implementation team by working closely with clients to understand their needs and objectives, develop project plans, and deliver high-quality impactful solutions. Before joining Axum, Musonda gained 15 years of experience working in the public and private sectors. During this time, she spearheaded local economic development initiatives with various stakeholders to improve livelihoods, stimulate business growth, facilitate organizational development, and build capacity by creating value-driven and innovative solutions to economic and social initiatives. Musonda holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration with a specialization in SME Promotion and Training (SEPT) from the University of Leipzig, Germany, and a Bachelor of Social Work from the University of Zambia.
