Olivia Lauren Gottin Kouakou

Olivia is a Program Analyst at Axum based in Cote d’Ivoire. She specializes in education, driving positive change. With a strong program analysis and implementation foundation, she brings valuable expertise to her current role at Axum. Before joining Axum, Olivia spent two years as a Program Analyst at Dalberg Implement, where she honed her skills in designing and executing educational initiatives in the Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) sector. Her work focused on identifying key educational system challenges and developing innovative and effective solutions. Through rigorous analysis and stakeholder collaboration, she was pivotal in implementing programs that improved access to quality education for underserved communities and increased manpower in several sectors. Olivia recently joined Axum, where she enjoys contributing to her team, especially in implementing projects, using the skills she had learned in the banking industry, such as analysis, communication, teamwork, time management, organization, and customer relations. She holds a bachelor’s degree in business and a master’s in banking management.
