Nandita Nair

Nandita is a Consultant at Axum, based in Abu Dhabi. She has supported work with various governments, multilateral agencies, and United Nations entities related to strategy, organisational effectiveness, and programme design. Before joining Axum, Nandita was at Dalberg Advisors. Prior to that, she worked in strategic communications and policy analysis in the President’s Office in the Republic of Seychelles. She is passionate about climate action and civic engagement, and has led various related non-profit initiatives in her home country of Seychelles. She holds a degree in English from the University of St Andrews and a Master in Public Policy from Harvard Kennedy School.
